Description of Saffower Yellower
Safflower yellow is extracted from the flowers of the plant safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) and as the traditional Chinese medicine it has been extensively used for the treatment of cardio cerebrovascular diseases.
Safflower Yellow is a natural food pigment extracted from the petal of Carthamus Tinctoria L.by the process of extracting, filtrating, purifying, concentrating, sterilizing, spraying & drying. The main coloring ingredient is carthamine.
