Phytosterols are widely distributed in the roots, stems, leaves, fruits and seeds of plants and are usually isolated from the unsaponified materials of vegetable oils. According to the different sources of vegetable oil deodorizing distillate (DD oil), it can be divided into soybean oil deodorizing distillate, corn oil deodorizing distillate, tarot oil (pine motol oil), rapeseed oil deodorizing distillate and sunflower oil deodorizing distillate, and the former three kinds of raw materials are in the majority.
